Instructions
For your safety, please read the operation manual carefully before using an air tool.
Warn
Axa pneumatic tools attach great importance to the safety of users. When replacing accessories or tools, it must be confirmed that the supply of air to the tool has been stopped. Avoid tools to face yourself and others. Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes when using. Wear earmuffs to protect your hearing, especially if you have to use tools for long periods of time. The maximum air pressure used by the tool is 6.3kg/Cm (90psi). Before using the air tool at the end of the day, pouring a little air-specific oil into the tool and running it for a few seconds will help protect the internal parts. Follow all operating instructions and operating tools in accordance with ANSI B186.1 safety regulations.
Please always maintain the proper pressure of the air inlet at 6.3kg/Cm (90psi) to protect yourself and maintain the longest service life of Axa air tools.
Do not wear loose clothing when operating Axa air tools. Remove any accessories such as body clothing, such as ties, jewelry, hairpins, earrings, rings…etc. that could cause injury.
It is the user’s responsibility to lubricate Axa air tools with air-specific oil at any time, and any flammable or volatile oil lubrication is prohibited, i.e. diesel, gasoline or kerosene.
When operating Axa pneumatic tools, you should ensure the use of high-pressure quick tool joints, and pay attention to the integrity of the quick tool joints at all times. Damaged and old quick tool couplings can reduce the torque of Axa air tools and can cause serious injury.
When operating Axa pneumatic tools, it should be noted that the air supply hose cannot be twisted and compressed by external forces.
When operating Axa air tools, you should pay attention to whether you or anyone else is in a safe and non-touching place. It may cause serious bodily harm.
Keep all nuts and bolts tight to ensure that the equipment is in safe working condition.
Precautions
To protect your Axa air tools, we strongly recommend that you install an air filter, water separator, regulator and lubricator between the air supply and Axa air tools.
Please note that if you find too much moisture in the pipeline, it means that your air compressor has too much moisture, and you must release the air compressor every day, after stopping the air compressor every day.
Be sure to use special pneumatic lubricants before the compressed air enters the air inlet of the pneumatic tool.
When using air tools, please maintain proper air pressure.
Do not allow high viscosity lubricating oil to enter the air tool air inlet, otherwise it will reduce the power of the air motor.
Safety Notice
1. Hearing damage caused by noise
Axa air tool products can use quiet tool technology, which is also one of the ways to reduce high-decibel noise. With the muffler connection, the noise level of the tool can be reduced by about 3 – 5 DB points. All tool operators must also wear earplugs to reduce hearing damage and the hazard posed by the workplace.
2. Protect face, hands, eyes and ears
Safety glasses and earmuffs must be worn by the user and persons approaching the tool on all Axa air tools.
Comply with guidelines for eye and ear protectors to comply with and comply with occupational safety and hygiene standards
Be aware of the following requirements and adhere to ANSI standards:
Able to provide adequate protection against a hazardous work environment.
Provides safety protection that is reasonably comfortable to wear.
The work environment must be sanitized and clean.
Maintaining good working condition and working spirit.
The impact-resistant protective cover should be used in the environment where there is contact with the operating tool.
Shock-resistant safety goggles should be used in contact with operating tools to protect the eyes.
Safety shoes and/or steel-toed shoes must be worn at all times when in contact with anyone using air tools or in the immediate vicinity.
Safety helmets/hard hats must be worn at all times through any area where air tools are used, especially when working at heights.
Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry when operating any type of pneumatic tools.
3. Vibration
Axa air tool products provide ergonomics designed to reduce harmful vibrations to the tool operator’s wrists and arms. Soft tool gloves provide complete operating tool control and protection from wrist and arm injuries. However, prolonged use of air tools can still lead to “finger tingling” or other health ailments related to vibration.
American Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHA)
The following OSHA standards and mandatory requirements provide performance assistance to employers in selecting the correct eye and face protection, details are available at (Http://Www.Osha.Gov/SLTC/Etools/Eyeandface/Employer/Requirements.Html):

Employers should ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection to expose face hazards to the eyes or from flying particles, molten metals, liquid chemicals, acids or corrosive liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially harmful of light radiation. To choose personal protective equipment for the workplace, see the Hazard Assessment Model.
