Axa pneumatic tools<\/a> attach great importance to the safety of users. When replacing accessories or tools, it must be confirmed that the supply of air to the tool has been stopped. Avoid tools to face yourself and others. Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes when using. Wear earmuffs to protect your hearing, especially if you have to use tools for long periods of time. The maximum air pressure used by the tool is 6.3kg\/Cm (90psi). Before using the air tool at the end of the day, pouring a little air-specific oil into the tool and running it for a few seconds will help protect the internal parts. Follow all operating instructions and operating tools in accordance with ANSI B186.1 safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please always maintain the proper pressure of the air inlet at 6.3kg\/Cm (90psi) to protect yourself and maintain the longest service life of Axa air tools.
Do not wear loose clothing when operating Axa air tools. Remove any accessories such as body clothing, such as ties, jewelry, hairpins, earrings, rings\u2026etc. that could cause injury.
It is the user\u2019s responsibility to lubricate Axa air tools with air-specific oil at any time, and any flammable or volatile oil lubrication is prohibited, i.e. diesel, gasoline or kerosene.
When operating Axa pneumatic tools, you should ensure the use of high-pressure quick tool joints, and pay attention to the integrity of the quick tool joints at all times. Damaged and old quick tool couplings can reduce the torque of Axa air tools and can cause serious injury.
When operating Axa pneumatic tools, it should be noted that the air supply hose cannot be twisted and compressed by external forces.
When operating Axa air tools, you should pay attention to whether you or anyone else is in a safe and non-touching place. It may cause serious bodily harm.
Keep all nuts and bolts tight to ensure that the equipment is in safe working condition.
Precautions
To protect your Axa air tools, we strongly recommend that you install an air filter,<\/a> water separator, regulator<\/a> and lubricator between the air supply and Axa air tools.
Please note that if you find too much moisture in the pipeline, it means that your air compressor has too much moisture, and you must release the air compressor every day, after stopping the air compressor every day.
Be sure to use special pneumatic lubricants before the compressed air enters the air inlet of the pneumatic tool.
When using air tools, please maintain proper air pressure.
Do not allow high viscosity lubricating oil to enter the air tool air inlet, otherwise it will reduce the power of the air motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
